How social media can have a positive and negative impact on your business

Social media can unfortunately have a negative effect on your business if you are not careful. Everything you type can often be seen by thousands of people so it is worth bearing this in mind. If someone has given you a bad review on social media then rather than arguing publicly with them, it is best to acknowledge they have a concern and ask them if you may contact them directly to discuss it. This way if other people read it they will see that you are proactive and willing to sort out any issues promptly.
